About the project
Sokhna 500 KV GIS Substation is a Part of El Sokhna Power Plant Generating Electricity of 2x 650 MWe dual fuel Power Plant. The Substation is located along the Suez Gulf and about 52 Km South of city of Suez. The Substation is used to Increase the Voltage Generated from the power plant to be transmitted to all over Egypt with minimum Loses.
